Urpod is a personalized AI podcast platform that generates custom audio episodes based on topics, styles, and preferences you define. The Service uses artificial intelligence to research, write, and produce podcast episodes delivered through our web application and RSS feeds compatible with third-party podcast players.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

Your content: You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and preferences you provide to the Service. Episodes generated by the Service based on your inputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Our content: The Urpod name, logo, branding, website design, and underlying technology are the property of DBW Digital Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated content: Episodes are generated using artificial intelligence and may incorporate information from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy through real-time research and verification, we do not guarantee that all content in generated episodes is accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying any critical information before relying on it.
The Service provides RSS feeds that allow you to listen to your episodes in third-party podcast applications (such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and others). We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or policies of third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect their use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBW Digital Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
